• Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, organisation name and message when you fill in our contact or demo-booking forms, message us on WhatsApp, or submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
• Account information: if your institute uses the Merit Mindz platform, details of administrators, teachers and students entered by the institute (such as names, contact details, test results and orders).
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies (for example Google Tag Manager, analytics tools and the Meta Pixel).
• Information from Meta: when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram pages or ads, Meta may share with us the information you choose to submit (for example through Lead Ads) along with aggregated ad performance data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiries, schedule demos and provide customer support.
• To provide, operate and improve the Merit Mindz platform.
• To send you service-related communication and, where you have agreed, marketing messages about our products.
• To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising, including on Meta platforms.

Our website is intended for coaching institutes and their staff. Student data on the platform is entered and controlled by the institute, which is responsible for obtaining any required parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
